Pegasus offers chance to switch apartments

Manama, March 11, 2009

Pegasus Real Estate is offering its clients an option to switch apartments from its under-construction projects to those ready-to-occupy.

New company general manager Tarek Morsy said while the three towers at the flagship Abraj Al Lulu project are in the process of handover, Juffair Skyview is ready-to-occupy immediately.

'The idea is for them not to wait for the project to be completed and instead offer them the already completed projects,' he said.

'This way, they could start getting immediate returns on their investments.'

Morsy said several had already taken advantage of the offer.

He said Abraj Al Lulu is now in the process of handover while it continues to attract new investors.

'More than 100 apartments have already been handed over and the process is on.'

He said the primary electricity sub-station for the project has been completed and local authorities have assured power for all the three towers would be available by the end of this month.

'Interest in Juffair Skyview also testifies to its appeal to both investors and those seeking to purchase a home as well as to those keen on benefiting from a guaranteed rental investment plan managed by the Elite Group.

'Work is also on at the luxury Seef Platinum Tower commercial project where 40 per cent of the work has been completed.'

Company director Aziz Mithaiwala said innovative opportunities and solutions had strengthened the confidence their clients have.

'In this current global market recession we understand the demands our clients may have and value their expectations by offering them such flexible options,' he said.

'Each project has been designed with a clear focus on comfort, luxury, convenience and value.'-TradeArabia News Service
