Sukoon Tower, Tashyeed Properties flagship project in Juffair, has achieved a major milestone with the completion of the podium and the recreation floor level.

The podium level of the 45-storey twin residential tower will accommodate the car park facility.

The recreation floor on the sixth floor level of the project will include facilities such as a large adults pool, kids pool and playing area for children.

'Tashyeed Properties strongly believes that Sukoon Tower will be one of the iconic projects in Bahrain,' Tashyeed Properties chairman Dr Kadhim Rajab said.

'Our priority has always been to adhere to highest quality standards and as always we are committed that this is taken into account in every aspect of the project.'

The Sukoon Tower development is based on a concurrent multi-level development model which means that works will be carried out at multiple levels at the same time to ensure rapid progress.

The project has now reached the seventh floor with the core wall area reaching the 10th floor.-TradeArabia News Service
