Arabtec appoints new chairman

Dubai builder Arabtec has appointed Ibrahim Belselah as its chairman, the company said on Tuesday.
Belselah replaces Sheikh Butti bin Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum who resigned, Arabtec said in a statement on Dubai's bourse website. - Reuters
