Cluttons Dubai has launched a new phase of two-bedroom apartments at the Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) at Shams 1.

The apartments, which start from Dh2.2 million ($598,848), are about 1,400 sq ft featuring modern amenities and large terraces, said a statement.
