Aldar to launch off-plan sale for Ansam

Aldar Properties, Abu Dhabi's leading listed property development, investment and management company, is set to launch off-plan sales for phase one of Ansam residential development on June 7.
The sales event will take place at the Crowne Plaza hotel, on Yas Island, said a statement.
The sales for apartments at the development will be conducted on a strictly first come, first served basis, and buyers are required to bring their passport and cheque books with them to secure the purchase, it said.
More than 2,000 potential purchasers have already registered their interest at Cityscape and on Aldar’s website.
Mohammed Al Mubarak, deputy chief executive officer at Aldar, said: “This is the first residential development available for sale to non-UAE nationals on Yas Island. Ansam offers a unique residential lifestyle proposition for home-owners and investors. The development benefits from a distinctive location next to Yas Links Golf Course and in close proximity to retail and leisure offerings on Yas Island. Initial interest at Cityscape was very positive and following the sellout of Al Hadeel, we are confident that Ansam will experience even stronger demand.”
The apartment prices at Ansam will start from a little over Dh700,000 ($190,528) with three payment plans available.
The customers can make a down-payment of 10 per cent, with the remaining payments staggered over the construction period, they can pay of 50 per cent and receive a five per cent discount on the purchase price or alternatively they can pay 100 per cent and receive a 10 per cent discount on the purchase price, said the statement.
Home financing for the remaining 50 per cent can be obtained before handover of the units, in accordance with the UAE Central Bank’s rules for off –plan sales, it said.
The first phase of Ansam features four Andalusian-styled apartment buildings, comprising of 540 apartments, overlooking the Yas Links golf course. Each complex has high-quality amenities, including an infinity pool, kids’ pool, sunbeds and a variety of open spaces for community events.
Other amenities include gymnasiums, a multi-purpose hall to host indoor functions and a barbeque area, all of which are designed to meet the needs of a family-oriented community.
The development is in close proximity to leisure and entertainment attractions including, Yas Marina Formula One Circuit, Yas Waterworld, the Ferrari World theme park, Yas Mall, seven hotels including Yas Viceroy and Yas Beach, and the Du Arena and Du Forum. - TradeArabia News Service
