UAE firm seals land deal with Dubai World Central

DUBAI, October 1, 2014

SA Level, an UAE-based developer, has signed a deal with Dubai World Central (DWC) towards the purchase of land for the development of a major luxury and lifestyle project in the world’s first purpose-built aerotropolis.

The new “Level City” project will be coming up at the DWC, said Simon Afram, the founder and president of SA Level after signing the agreement with DWC officials

Afram said the company is in the process of designing the master plan in collaboration with Dubai-based architects.

"We are looking at creating a unique luxury complex combining hospitality, leisure and entertainment across an area of 110,000 sq m," stated the company founder.

"This project will also leverage our focus on innovative and iconic technologies which articulate the philosophy of the Level brand. DWC’s unique urban “live and work” concept together with its infrastructure and strategic location as well as facilities provided to businesses, made it the perfect location choice for our project," he added.

DWC is a strategic initiative of the Government of Dubai. The 140-sq-km master-planned free zone located near the Jebel Ali Port delivers unique multimodal capabilities that support a host of activities including logistics, aviation, commercial, exhibition, humanitarian, residential and leisure-related businesses.

Key components defining Dubai World Central include the Al Maktoum International Airport, Logistics District, Aviation District, Business Park, Commercial District, Residential District, Golf District, Exhibition District, and the Humanitarian District.-TradeArabia News Service
