Royal Estates appoints IQI to service Asia Pacific demand

DUBAI, October 6, 2014

Royal Estates, a joint venture between Aristocrat Star, PAL Developments and Pacific Ventures, has appointed Malaysia-based IQI, a leading investment and advisory company, to represent, manage and service the growing Asia Pacific demand for its gated community in Dubai, UAE.

The 2.3 million-sq-ft gated community was recently launched in Dubai Investments Park comprising luxury apartments and townhouses, said a statement.

The development, with an estimated value of Dh2.3 billion ($626 million), is on schedule and is witnessing phenomenal end-user and investor interest in local and international markets, it said.

Osman Valli, Aristocrat Star Real Estate Developments, said: “As partners in a project that promises to create and offer an outstanding development which epitomises the essence of Dubai and revolves around modernisation, innovation and superior aesthetic value, Aristocrat Star, PAL Developments and Pacific Ventures continues to work with like-minded companies and individuals who share our vision to stay a step above the rest.

“After in-depth reviewing, we are confident that the decision to appoint IQI, one of Malaysia’s premier and fastest growing international investment and advisory company, is the right choice to meet the unprecedented interest in Royal Estates and it will spearhead our sales not only within Malaysia, but will also focus on the Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand and Dubai markets.”

It was showcased at Cityscape Global 2014 in Dubai recently and owing to the success and increased international demand, the project will gain further momentum with an international road show campaign including Cityscape Riyadh in Saudi Arabia followed by one in Moscow, Russia in November, said the statement.

Kashif Ansari, chief executive officer of IQI, said: “Dubai's growth story will continue and it is a compelling case for investors and we are excited to be associated with Royal Estates and work alongside Aristocrat Star, PAL Developments and Pacific Ventures to meet the rising attention on a development that provides a variety of lucrative options to our customers in Asia Pacific.” - TradeArabia News Service
