Imdaad Qatar, a leading facilities management (FM) company, said it has signed a deal with United Development Company to provide professional cleaning services at its flagship island development Pearl Qatar in Doha.

Under the three-year agreement, Imdaad will provide routine, periodic, reactive and deep cleaning services within the master community infrastructure, buildings, and facilities at the property in Qatar.

The scope of work includes mechanical and manual road sweeping and cleaning, seawater cleaning, fixtures, beachand general cleaning, empty plots, and public access boardwalk cleaning, said the company in a statement.

The cleaning services will cover all master community areas except Madina Central, retail areas, water features, and residential buildings.

As per the contract, Imdaad will supply all required labour, tools, cleaners, equipment and materials to carry out the work.
