Terex Trucks, a manufacturer of off-highway rigid and articulated trucks, has partnered with Machinery Trader to develop a used trucks website (www.terextrucksused.com), which enables dealers to upload and advertise pre-owned trucks and construction equipment.

Headquartered in Motherwell, Scotland, UK, Terex Trucks, a division of Volvo Construction, manufactures trucks that are used in mining, quarry and construction applications around the world.

The new online tool enables customers to browse all used equipment stock listed by official Terex Trucks dealers, said a statement from the company.

This comes following the recent launch of the truck manufacturer’s new website, www.terextrucks.com.

“We are committed to strengthening our dealer network and we recognised the need for a solution that will enable Terex Trucks dealers to promote and sell their pre-owned products,” said Paul Douglas, director and general manager of Terex Trucks.

“Our new Used Trucks website is not only the ideal outlet for customers to find pre-owned products from our dealers, it also features useful tools that assists buyers in their purchasing process,” he noted.

Features on the website include an equipment search function, a dealer locator and a tool to receive free shipping and financing quotes, said the statement from the company.

Dealers are able to upload product images, descriptions and specifications, and can be contacted using a secure online contact form.

The website is now live and Terex Trucks dealers have already started populating the listing with pre-owned construction equipment, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
