KAEC showcases Saudi residential units

King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), a special economic zone on Saudi Arabia's Red Sea coast, organised an private exhibition of residential units located at the Al Waha district in Jeddah.

Al Waha is a Cityscape award winning community, which fulfills residents’ desires for a modern lifestyle while maintaining its appeal as a peaceful and family-friendly environment with a variety of amenities including a community center with a residents’ clubhouse, a children’s play area, a swimming pool, and landscaped parks and walking areas to ensure a healthy and active lifestyle.

Al-Waha residents benefit from KAEC’s existing lifestyle elements including mosques, health care facilities, the highest quality schools, world-class universities, retail outlets, and a variety of beach and marina waterfront dining options.

A wide variety of residential units were on display - from studio apartments priced at SR299,000 to one- and two-bedroom apartments besides larger town homes, duplex villas, and four-bedroom detached villas to accommodate all budgets and family sizes.

Charles Biele, the chief executive of the Real Estate Development Company (Redco) in KAEC, said Al Waha offered its residents, new state of the art infrastructure along with best in class community facilities.
