The Commercial Real Estate Development Company (Al Tijaria) has signed up as the Diamond sponsor for the upcoming Bahrain International Property Exhibition 2016.

The event will be held from November 3 to 5 under the patronage of Sheikh Khaled Bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister.

Bipex will bring together major Bahraini real estate investors, development companies, financial institutions, legal institutions and consumers who will showcase projects, discuss and make decisions in an open environment.

It is being organised by Bahrain Society of Engineers (BSE), and continues to grow as a direct result of increased investment projects among public and private sectors of the economy, said the organisers.

During the three-day event, the company will be exhibiting Al Tijaria Tower, the highest residential tower in Bahrain.

The official launch of this state-of-the-art property will take place prior to the exhibition and will be showcased along with their other upcoming major projects in the kingdom.

Located in the heart of Manama, Al Tijaria Tower features 280 units and has several luxury facilities for residents, including a swimming pool for adults with Jacuzzi, a swimming pool for kids with a playing ground as well as an infinity pool with Jacuzzi.

The tower accommodates a business centre, multi-purpose room and an outdoor theatre. Tenants can also pursue a healthy lifestyle in Al Tijaria Tower which also houses a basketball court, a volleyball field and a tennis area.  

Al Tijaria is 100 per cent owned by the Kuwait-based the Commercial Real Estate Company which was founded in 1968 and been in business for over 44 years now.

The company’s completed projects include Symphony Style Hotel Kuwait, Thatcher Residential Complex, and Symphony Style Mall. Current ongoing projects include Dine Zone Restaurants.
