Bahrain Tender Board launches new-look website

Bahrain's Tender Board recently launched its all-new website featuring advanced technology to deliver customers a unique digital experience in line with its strategic long-term goals to improve the quality of services provided for its partners.
The website has been designed and developed to the highest international standards to become the only official platform for the Tender Board, said a statement from the Tender Board.
Website visitors can now electronically search for tenders according to their various categories and classifications, and can also go through the lists of approved pre-qualified suppliers and contractors in different sectors, it added.
Hayam Al Awadhi, the secretary general of the Tender Board, said the new website available in both Arabic and English has a unique and innovative design and offers a new level of efficiency and transparency in a way that makes access to the services the Board offers easier and clearer than ever before.
The www.tenderboard.gov.bh is now the only official source of information related to the Tender Board, and the only official platform to announce new tenders, stated Al Awadhi.
Moreover, the website now provides a brief description of tenders and the required scope of work to enable vendors to participate in tenders they are interested in and only purchase needed documents.
In addition, the latest news, insights and updates from the Tender Board will also be provided in real-time, she added.-TradeArabia News Service
