Global Realty Partners set to complete eighth UAE project

DUBAI, August 30, 2018

Global Realty Partners, a Dubai-based developer, said said work is in full swing at its mixed-use project in Arjan, a master-planned freehold mixed-use community development within the Dubai Land. This is its eighth project in the UAE.

The developer said it had already completed casting the final slab on the building and would start handing over the residential units this December.

Located on the major Umm Suqeim and the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed (E311) arterial road corridors, the building, which is yet to be named, comprises six prime retail units and 88 apartments in studio and one-bed formats ranging from 455 sq ft to 1,079 sq ft.

The key amenities include a fully equipped gym, indoor lap pool, steam, sauna, and sensory experience shower areas, it added.

Global Realty Partners said all units would come with standard German engineered wardrobes and cabinetry, soft-closing doors and Grohe bathroom fixtures.

Director Arshad Wahedna said: "On completion, our project will add the necessary inventory to the rapidly developing and sought after Arjan sub-market."

"The building will further differentiate itself having used the Dubai Municipality's newly-established green building standards including a proposed green roof, bicycle parking, electric vehicle parking, and low-flow water fixtures," he added.

Gulf Global Group, the parent company of the Dubai developer, has successfully invested, developed and taken part in various joint-venture project worth over $250 million.

Its key UAE projects include The Palladium Tower in the Jumeirah Lake Towers district and the Lamborghini Building on Sheikh Zayed Road.-TradeArabia News Service
