UAE-based Eshraq Investments (formerly Eshraq Properties) said the construction was in full swing at its Marina Rise residential tower coming up at the Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi.

Strategically located in the Cove District, The Marina Rise is within walking distance of Galleria Mall and Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. The development will comprise a single residential building with two basement levels, ground floor, two podium floors and 24 floors of apartments.

In total, this development will provide 233 residential units (studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments), 271 car-parking spaces and a retail space.

On the project progress, Eshraq said work has been completed on the sixth floor of Marina Rise and was progressing as per schedule for completion in the second quarter of 2020.

The company had awarded a contract worth Dh144 million ($39.21 million) to Al Sweidi & Shams Contracting in 2017 for executing the main works of the project.-TradeArabia News Service
