Provis to offer one-off promotions at Cityscape Global

Provis, a leading estate management company in the UAE, is set to showcase major projects and also promotions for highly sought-after projects developed by Aldar Properties along with many other projects from by reputed developers such as Emaar, Miral and Dubai Properties at the Cityscape Global which runs from September 25 to 27 in Dubai.

The company will offer first-time promotions at 10 residential developments of Aldar Properties in Abu Dhabi including Nareel, Jawaher, Yas Acres, Alghadeer, Ansam, Meera, The Bridges, Reflection, Lea, and Mamsha Alsaadiyat.

Visitors at the exhibition would get a chance to take advantage of the offers which also comprise a 10 per cent discount on unit prices and a 2 percent waiver on registration fees, said the statement from the Emirati group.

Exclusively at this year’s Cityscape Global, Provis will offer buyers benefits for a period of 10 years, and which include a 100 per cent waiver on service charges, complimentary home maintenance, and free membership to Yas Island’s popular theme parks, it added.

Provis chief executive officer HP Aengaar said: "We are pleased to be part of this year’s Cityscape Global, as it provides a remarkable platform to showcase the most sought-after projects in the UAE and offer the most exclusive promotions."
