The latest Ramadan offer for its Al Haseen Residences and Moonsa Residences project, comes coupled with the previous offer of 10% annual return on investment, thus creating a unique value proposition that makes property acquisition more rewarding than before, said Dugasta in a statement.

The Dubai developer's exclusive offer brings a host of benefits to savvy investors including service charge exemption for up to 10 years, and the security of a 100% buyback option after five years.

"We encourage more and more UAE residents and foreign buyers to buy home and benefit from a 10%  rental guarantee that ensures the payback of the entire investment amount in 10 years - something that makes homes more lucrative than before," remarked its Founder and Chairman Tauseef Khan.

“By choosing a Dugasta property this Ramadan, buyers will enjoy a direct 4% discount on the property value in the form of 4% DLD fee waiver.
