India varsity honours NYIT-Amman dean

India-based Amity University recently honoured Dr Faiz Zoubi, assistant dean of the school of management at New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) – Amman, in recognition of his global efforts and researches.
The Indian university unanimously decided to award Dr Zoubi their most prestigious award the Amity Global Academic Excellence Award, for his contribution in the global researches on how to become more effective through appropriate cross-cultural values, attitudes, leadership, and self-awareness.
The award was presented to Dr Zoubi during the inaugural function of the INBUSH annual conference, which was held at Amity University – India with a focus this year on “Leadership challenges in creating and leading new generation innovative organizations”.
Professor Gurinder Singh, pro vice chancellor and the director general of Amity International Business School said: “It is indeed our sincere appreciation for Dr Zoubi’s contribution to the academic world. It has prompted us to sincerely invite him to our campus to receive one of the most prestigious awards of our institute and motivate our budding young managers and academicians during this conference.”
NYIT Middle East chairman Dr Mohammad Hussein said: “We congratulate Dr Zoubi on achieving this important award and wish him prosperity and excellence, regionally and internationally.”
INBUSH is an annual, international conference, bringing together distinguished businesspersons and academics from all over the world to Asia. Its 13th edition this year included topics like management and leadership, marketing, strategic planning, international trade and HR management, finance, and customer care. – TradeArabia News Service
