Nestlé Egypt launches wellness campaign

Nestlé Egypt, a leading nutrition, health and wellness company, is sponsoring a lifestyle transformation challenge in Cairo as a part of its campaign to encourage its consumers to eat healthier and exercise in order to enjoy better health.
For the next two months, 20 women aged between 25 and 40 will be participating in the challenge entitled “Wellness is my Choice ”, aiming to change their lifestyle and the lifestyle of their families by adopting healthier eating habits and active daily routines.
During the challenge, Nestle is offering contestants a weekly diet and nutrition sessions , workout sessions in addition to healthy cooking classes - all hosted by Nestlé’s experts.
The participant who succeeds to adopt a healthy lifestyle for herself and her family and who is able to achieve the best results in weight management between now and the end of August, will be announced as the Nestlé Wellness Queen. The Wellness Queen will not only have achieved a healthier lifestyle for herself and her loved ones but will also win EGP25,000 ($3,486) as the grand prize for this competition. – TradeArabia News Service
