Danfoss, a global leader in engineering sustainable solutions has celebrated two milestones, two decades of engineering a greener tomorrow in the UAE and opening of its newly renovated office, equipped with sustainable technologies.

 

Since its establishment, Danfoss Dubai has been at the forefront of driving innovation and sustainability in the Middle East region.

 

Over the past two decades, Danfoss Dubai office has played a pivotal role in shaping the engineering landscape of the UAE and beyond. From its humble beginnings operating through partners and agents to becoming a fully-established office, Danfoss has continuously evolved to meet the ever-changing needs of its customers.

 

Diversity, equity and inclusion

Today Danfoss Dubai office employs over 100 employees, boasting diversity, equity and inclusion, with 28 nationalities, an impressing 30% female employees, plus 25% of our leadership are women. This includes the adjacent Heat Exchangers assembly plant.

 

The celebration of the 20th anniversary coincides with a significant milestone in the office's history - the completion of Danfoss JAFZA-based office renovation, which integrates sustainable technologies such as solar panels on the rooftop and parking area, EV chargers etc, aligning with Danfoss's global goal of achieving carbon neutrality in its operations by 2030. This renovation not only enhances the working environment for employees but also underscores Danfoss's commitment to environmental agenda.

 

Knowledge sharing

In addition to the office renovation, the company opened the first regional Danfoss Drives Technical & Training Centre marking an important step in customer excellence in knowledge sharing.
