New milestone for business portal

TradeArabia.Com, the business news and information portal of Al Hilal Group, has completed the integration of Gulf Industry magazine's online version within the site's industry section.

The firm said the integration of www.gulfindustryonline.com was driven by the need to deliver valuable editorial and business information to the site and Trade Arabia and stressed the need to keep premium content subscribers updated constantly on the fast-paced developments taking place in various industrial spheres in the Middle East.

According to Rana Lababidi, Al Hilal Group's online media manager, the integration will provide new channels to access more trade news and relevant business information for a much broader perspective on the state of industrial advancements within the region.

"With Trade Arabia and Gulf Industry magazine users on top of our priority, this integration will ensure superior and efficient delivery of business information and solutions resulting in a constructive collaboration," said Lababidi.

Visitors and subscribers will receive up-to-date news as a part of the portal service and featured industry articles from the trade magazine.

The move was aimed to deliver a more business news and information service that is required to meet today's market changes and emerging opportunities, she added.

Bahrain-based TradeArabia.Com is the region's leading business news and information portal which feature latest tenders, reports on various projects, a comprehensive directory listing of thousands of companies in the Middle East, market analysis, stock market reports, an extensive archive and up-to-the hour business news postings.

The site also represents a repository of Al Hilal Group's editorial knowledge across more than 22 market sectors.

Trade Arabia visitors and subscribers can now access Gulf Industry magazine's highlighted articles and features that include shipping and logistics; marketing and promotion; instrumentation and process systems; hi-tech industries; free zones; tools for the industry; Sharjah focus; waste management and environment among others.

The magazine is one of the several Al Hilal Group's monthly trade publications with online presence.

The group is optimistic that the integration will translate into increased traffic to the portal and a much higher web exposure for the Gulf Industry magazine.
