The GAC Group has named industry veterans Ronnie Knowles as managing director of its operations in Abu Dhabi. He replaces Mark Delaney who now oversees GAC Thailand.

Ronnie is responsible for the effective and profitable management of National Shipping Gulf Agency Company (NSGAC). He brings to his new role more than 30 years of operational and management experience in the supply chain, logistics and shipping industry.

Prior to this posting, Ronnie spearheaded the development of GAC Pakistan’s business and operational activities for three years.

Mark Delaney has moved from Abu Dhabi to lead GAC Thailand.

Mark is a veteran with more than two decades of experience in the international shipping and logistics industry with a strong background in sales, marine operations and customer service. He has spent almost 17 years in the Middle East holding various posts within the GAC Group.-TradeArabia News Service
