Bahrain-based Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (GPIC) has launched the seventh edition of its 'GPIC in the Local Press' book at a ceremony held in Manama.

Editors, journalists and columnists from local newspapers and publications as well as members of the company executive management and its labour union attended event held at the Ritz-Carlton Bahrain Hotel and Spa.

Speaking at the event, company president Abdulrahman Jawahery thanked the media for its support.

The book, issued annually, documents news, events, activities and achievements of the company published by the local Press during the previous year.-TradeArabia News Service
