UK firm offers new Siemens access control

UK-based Norbain, a leading distributor of CCTV, IP, access control and intruder detection solutions, is now offering customers Aliro, the next generation of access control from Siemens.

The system is ideally suited to small to medium-sized commercial applications such as retail outlets, health centres or professional offices with a basic need for access control, a statement said, adding  Aliro supports up to 512 doors, 10,000 users and 100,000 access cards.

Offering simple, flat system architecture with easy-to-use web based software and intuitive mobile applications, supported by Siemens’ next generation card reader with OLED display; Aliro provides a flexible modern approach to access control that enables system management from almost any device with internet access.

Aliro offers the flexibility for installers and end users to utilise remote system administration and operation, ensuring simple and effective usability, the statement said.
