GO launches new digital calling service

Saudi Arabia’s GO Telecom has launched the “Terhal Business” digital calling service based on cloud telecommunications concept. 

“Terhal Business” is designed to cater to the needs of various business sectors and will contribute to efficient business development, said a statement.

The service, which follows the digital calling service “GO Terhal”, provides integrated business solutions that are customizable regardless of the size of the business, thus guaranteeing a smooth flow of business for its customers at reduced operational expenses.

Eng Suliman AlZahrani, chief commercial officer of GO Telecom, stated: “The digital calling service is an integrated solution designed to suit the needs of businesses irrespective of the business size, location, or number of branches.” 

The technology not only ensures effective communication and business performance within the organization but allows our clients to manage business operations from anywhere in the world with its value added services such as e-mail, contact list, file sharing and calendar, he said. 

“Terhal Business” offers a range of unique features such as the ability to make local and international calls to and from anywhere in the world at competitive local rates and without the need for a SIM Card. 

“Terhal Business” packages can be customized for an unlimited number of accounts.  Customers can choose to purchase a package of 2 - 5 numbers at the monthly rate of SR 10 per number, or packages of over 100 numbers at the rate of SR 6.5 per number. 

“Terhal Business” lets users to customize infinite numbers on one device or share one number among infinite number of devices.  It also can provide domain names for business customers.

“Terhal Business” works with any smart phone and allows users to transform any smart device to a high definition (HD Voice) phone, he said. – TradeArabia News Service
