Batelco seals Oman Data partnership deal

Bahrain's top telecom operator Batelco has signed an agreement with Oman Data Park, the country's first managed service provider, to extending and enhancing their long-standing successful partnership.

Oman Data Park is a joint venture between Omantel, the leading telecom services provider in the Sultanate and 4Trust, a leading data centre company in Oman.

Representatives from Oman Data Park visited Batelco's Hamala headquarters and Network Operations Centre to meet management from Batelco to discuss various topics aimed at enhancing their ongoing relationship and sign the MoU.

The agreement demonstrates Batelco's commitment in connecting and enriching businesses through enhanced cloud and co-location solutions.

This agreement is part of Batelco's ongoing efforts to expand and enhance its network of partners across the globe to achieve its ultimate goal of providing its customers with the latest and most advanced telecommunications and information technologies.

"This latest agreement will strengthen the relationship between Batelco and Oman Data Park and open up new horizons of co-operation between the two companies regionally," said Batelco enterprise division general manager Adel Daylami.

"Agreements such as we have with Oman Data Park help to enrich our product portfolio with the latest trends in the telecommunication industry and provide us with a one-stop-shop by supporting our main products through value-added services," said Daylami.
