New trade and lifestyle magazine POST launched

DUBAI, December 23, 2014

POST, a magazine in print and online tailored to the diplomatic corps in UAE, Qatar and soon the whole Middle East region, has been launched this month.

The magazine will serve knowing perspective on the diplomatic corps’ most pressing issues and most charismatic personalities, as well as indispensable retail advice on lifestyle, travel and fashion, said a statement.

It is a bridge for the members of the diplomatic corps in the region to thread with articles focused on the lives and successes of their fellows, it said.

More than providing its core readers the opportunity to get to know each other better, POST opens doors for the greater public to understand the work and lifestyle of this exclusive community, it added.

G Imperial, publisher, Imperial Publishing, said: “The region receives a number of publications targeting various groups, except the diplomatic community. POST was envisioned to help create a stronger network within the corps in the region by nurturing a channel where members of the corps could become better linked and informed."

The magazine features foreign affairs, diplomacy, history, culture, arts, social graces, fashion, beauty and health, home interior, motoring, travel and philanthropy – topics that matter to the discerning and sophisticated taste of the members of the corps, said the statement.

“The main readers of this magazine are very dynamic. Aside from taking care of their expatriates, they also tend to their national interests. They promote trade, tourism, and healthier bilateral relations,” said Imperial.

“Functions and events are one too many but are very essential. Delegations of head of states, politicians, businessmen, and even celebrities come and go. POST shall be at the core of these activities,” he added. - TradeArabia News Service
