Nike’s Dubai 10K run (previously known as We Run DXB), which attracted over 13,000 participants last year will return in 2017 offering runners the chance to reach new miles.

The date and route will be announced soon, a statement said.

Details of the 2017 run are under wraps but will be revealed over the coming months. Nike+ members will have the option of being the first to be in-the-know by signing up for Notify Me, an automatic alert that will be shared with members as soon as details are released.

Scheduling the race early next year allows the city’s newest crop of tracksters a few extra months to train and beat their personal best before they hit the starting line with power and confidence.

Running enthusiasts can continue to be part of the Nike running community via the Nike+ Run Club (NRC), which holds free running sessions in locations throughout Dubai and Abu Dhabi. – TradeArabia News Service
