Adnec (Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company) is participating in the World Travel Market (WTM) commencing tomorrow in London.

WTM, one of the world’s premier events for the travel and tourism industry, takes place from November 8 to 11, at ExCeL London, the UK capital’s largest exhibitions venue.

“WTM is an important event for us as it attracts a global audience of industry professionals, our presence this time around is particularly noteworthy as Abu Dhabi is the Premier Partner,” said Christina Anthony, Adnec’s sales director.

“Adnec is delighted to work in close conjunction with the ADTA and other partners at this event, to highlight Abu Dhabi’s powerful value proposition for the travel and tourism trade,” Anthony added.

The event is organised by RTE (Reed Travel Exhibitions), part of Reed Exhibitions, one of Adnec’s Foundation Partners.

World Travel Market, which celebrated its 30th event last year, attracts more than 46,000 participants to London every year. In 2009, WTM generated more than £1 billion in deals for its 5,121 exhibitors, according to the organisers.-TradeArabia News Service
