Leading high-end gourmet burger venue Burger Hood’s special ‘Zero Fat Burger’ recently celebrated a year of successfully running at the restaurants in the region.

Burger Hood restaurants are located in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain in the UAE.

The ‘Zero Fat Burger’ was created to offer a healthier option to its customers, said a statement from the restaurant.

The burgers have been made using lean patties from grass-fed beef, thereby containing less than 1 per cent fat by weight, compared to the 25 to 30 per cent fat in regular beef, it added.

Mutasem Shajrawi, manager of the restaurant, said: “Burger Hood has always been innovative with its menu, ingredients and service. We introduced Zero Fat Burger, one of our jewels, keeping in mind the consumers.”
