Acca and Al Tamimi & Co Sign deal

DUBAI, November 17, 2020

Acca (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and Al Tamimi & Co have signed a formal partnership agreement (MoU) which signals a new level of cooperation between the professional body and the region’s largest corporate law firm.
 
Acca and Al Tamimi share a common purpose to advance the reputation and profession and drive growth within the legal and accounting profession. 
 
Al Tamimi practice clients and Acca stakeholder will now all be able to benefit from shared insights into the changing needs and challenges of the accounting profession.
 
The partnership also seeks to increase the awareness and reach of both organisations, encouraging wider engagement and creating connections between Acca members and Al Tamimi Practice clients.
 
The partnership will drive activity tackling the most important day-to-day challenges for firms such as Economic Substance reporting, Tax implications, Corporate Structuring and best practice.
 
Fazeela Gopalani, Head of Acca in the Middle East, said: “We’re delighted to have signed this MoU to amplify the joint impacts of Acca and Al Tamimi especially at a time when it is so challenging for firms to find information and support they can trust.
