Emirates Motor Company (EMC), Mercedes-Benz general distributors for Daimler Middle East and Levant (DMEL) and a member of Al Fahim Group, is launching a new user-friendly transportation service for the convenience of its loyal customers.

EMC will be the first and only car dealership in the UAE to offer a courtesy minibus service from select destinations in Abu Dhabi to the new Mussafah facility, said an official with the company.

Complementary services with a scheduled timetable will also be in operation. Should the customer prefer to travel alone into the city, limousine taxis will be provided.

Furthermore, Mercedes-Benz ‘car-for-a-day’ rentals at competitive rates will also be offered to customers wanting to maintain total mobility while their car is in for regular maintenance or repair.

“Our company’s core principle revolves around the mission of delivering superior services with a passion that exceeds customer expectations. We understand our customers’ varying requirements and seek to offer services that will make their visit to our service centre tailored to their requirements,” said general manager of EMC Irfan Tansel.

In addition to the transportation options, EMC is also offering a ‘While you Wait’ service option, including a special lounge with free internet access, a coffee shop and a children’s play area to ensure added value to customers while awaiting the completion of express service jobs on their vehicles.

To be offered Saturday through Thursday, the express service can be pre-booked with a guaranteed turnaround time, depending on the type of job to be performed.

Founded by the late Abdul Jalil Al Fahim, EMC on the Airport Road was the first establishment for Al Fahim Group that has continuously expanded over the years to accommodate the growing business.

With the new facility set to become the world’s largest mixed use Mercedes-Benz operations centre, EMC is poised to become one of the most prominent Mercedes-Benz distributors globally. – TradeArabia News Service
