Ebrahim K. Kanoo, the sole distributor of Toyota and Lexus in Bahrain, has added another top honour to its list of achievements with its Toyota Body and Paint Centre in Arad winning the Kodwhari Quality Certification.

Toyota Motor Corporation in Japan recognised Ebrahim K. Kanoo’s long standing commitment to high quality, top service and excellent customer satisfaction, through the certificate.

Toyota field operations manager - Middle East, Yoshida presented Toyota Service Division general manager Michael Goode with the certificate and the plaque in the presence of Toyota Body & Paint senior manager Ebrahim Akbar during a ceremony held at the newly built mega service centre, Toyota Plaza, in Isa Town.

Being certified with the “Kodwhari” quality award reflects on the level of service provided in the body and paint centres, a statement said.

Strict conditions that have to be met in order to be certified, such as compatibility of the distributor’s policies with Toyota’s fundamentals, providing advanced technical services and high quality products, high service capacity and operations, dynamic parts and accessory logistics and plans for customer service improvements, it added. – TradeArabia News Service
