Al Haddad launches new service package

Manama, October 8, 2012

Bahrain-based Al Haddad Motors, the distributors of Mercedes-Benz in the Kingdom, has introduced the new integrated service package (ISP) which offers free maintenance servicing.

The Mercedes-Benz ISP has been introduced to allow customers to maintain their new Mercedes-Benz vehicle in optimum operating condition for the best performance for a period of five years or 105,000km, free of charge, a statement from Al Haddad said.

This complements the 5year / 105,000km warranty on all new Mercedes vehicles, and is transferable to subsequent owners through the Mercedes Benz pre-owned programme.

The ISP covers items such as major and minor scheduled services, supplementary operations like transmission service, replacement of coolant fluids, brake fluids, replacement of the air and fuel filters and spark plugs. Other wear and tear items can form part of an upgraded package.

The package guarantees only Mercedes-Benz genuine spare parts and approved care products are used during the service of the vehicles, the statement said.

“The introduction of the new ISP is in line with our strategy to continually provide the highest level of customer satisfaction from the moment they visit the showroom, to driving their new vehicle and the after sales experience. The ISP offers customers peace of mind and financial security to manage ownership costs during the inclusive period,” said Graeme Newport, general manager of Al Haddad Motors. – TradeArabia News Service
