Al-Futtaim Motors launches Camry S+

Dubai, April 16, 2014

Al-Futtaim Motors, exclusive distributor of Toyota in the UAE, has launched Camry S+, a new Special Edition variant offering greater comfort at the same price of a regular Camry S.

Following the same emotional and rational concept of the regular Camry S, the Special Edition Camry S+ enjoys a bolder look thanks to the new DRL lights. It also offers a more luxurious and pleasurable ride, owing to the newly introduced leather seats, 6.1inch display audio with Bluetooth, USB and MP3 facilities in addition to a convenient rear view camera, a statement said.

The keyless Camry S+ comes with a range of safety features such as anti-lock braking system (ABS), brake assist (BA), cruise control, dual front airbags and rear parking sensors, providing added protection to the driver and passengers alike, it said.

Jon Williams, managing director of Al-Futtaim Motors, said: “UAE motorists are becoming increasingly demanding when it comes to vehicle creature comforts and luxury. Through this new model, they can enjoy all the inherent attributes of a durable and comfortable Camry, while being treated to new features that are otherwise restricted to the large luxury segment, all at a very competitive price.

“Due to its legendary durability, excellent fuel economy, unrivaled resale value and low total cost of ownership, the Special Edition Camry S+, with all the new luxury fittings, wins motorists’ hearts and minds representing a new benchmark in the midsize sedan segment,” he added.

Camry’s 2.5-litre 4-cylinder in-line engine combines high performance, low fuel consumption and low emissions by integrating sophisticated technologies such as Dual VVT-i, which contributes to fuel economy and reduced exhaust gas emissions.

The Special Edition Camry S+ comes in 6 speed automatic transmission and will be available at Dh86,900, with five-year unlimited mileage warranty across all Al-Futtaim Motors showrooms in the UAE, the statement added. -TradeArabia News Service
