Euro Motors, BIC adds Jaguar’s ‘Alive’ factor to Bahrain F1

MANAMA, March 27, 2015

Euro Motors, the exclusive dealer of Jaguar and Land Rover in Bahrain, has partnered with the Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) to add Jaguar’s ‘Alive’ factor to upcoming 2015 Formula One Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix.

The six F1 branded Jaguar vehicles being used in promotional tours that see them driven around to a number of locations in the kingdom to publicise the fastest race in the world, said a statement.

The exquisite Jaguar models that partook in the tour include the sleek and aerodynamic F-TYPE Convertible, the distinctive XF and the dynamic XJ, it said.

The promotional drive around Bahrain in these distinguished vehicles is to serve the purpose of spreading the hype about BIC hosting one of the greatest shows on Earth and to celebrate such an auspicious upcoming occasion.

The on-road campaign started at the beginning of this month and will run up to the first day of the 2015 Formula One Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix which is April 17.

Simon Ellis, Euro Motors Jaguar Land Rover general manager, said: “With this being our second collaboration with Bahrain International Circuit in a short period of time it was of utmost certainty that this would result in another hugely successful partnership and it has rightly been so.

“Thereby, we at Euro Motors Jaguar Land Rover are immensely pleased to make public our ongoing association with BIC as being chosen to be part of such an illustrious event constitutes one of our proudest moments as it emphasises on Jaguar’s capacity to perform on the big stage.”

“The FIA Formula One World Championship is the highest class of single-seat auto racing that is sanctioned by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), the largest governing body for international auto racing events, and therefore boasts a legacy and reputation for unparalleled excitement and an incomparable adrenaline rush that borders the experience of owning and driving a Jaguar,” said Ellis.

“Therefore, it was only natural that Jaguar was selected to represent the automotive industry in this grand endeavour that carries with it the highest honour. And Jaguar has always added its signature ‘Alive’ feel factor to every brand or event it has associated itself with in the past and it continues to do the same, and majestically so, in this instance. We hope that this successful venture spurs both parties to more such partnerships in the foreseeable future,” he added. - TradeArabia News Service
