Libya's oil output rises to 740,000 bpd

Libya's oil output has risen to 740,000 barrels a day, spokesman for state-run National Oil Corp (NOC) said.
The Opec member had last put production at 725,000 bpd. Output has been driven by several oil ports reopening after the end of protests by a rebel group demanding regional autonomy. -- Reuters
