Some 200 clowns of the foundation Theodora - clowns for our kids in hospital - celebrate their 20th anniversary outside the Swiss parliament building in Bern on January 30. The Theodora foundation was established in eight countries Switzerland, France, Spain, Italy, England, Turkey, Hong Kong and Belarus in 1993 to cheer up children in hospital. Reuters/Pascal Lauener
