Al Futtaim to reinforce mall

Tamdeen Shopping Centers has announced that Al Futtaim group will further strengthen its commercial activities by introducing a number of unique brands at its 360 Mall.
Al Futtaim group, one of the largest retail groups in the Middle East, will debut branches of Marks & Spencer, Intersport and Toys 'R' US shops at 360 Mall, the statement said.
“Al Futtaim group's presence at 360 Mall is very much aligned with Tamdeen Shopping Centers' vision of offering leading international brands to the mall's visitors,” said Ahmed Al Sarawi, vice chairman & CEO of Tamdeen Shopping Centers Company. “We are meticulous in choosing our tenant mix to make sure we give our customers the best possible retail experience. Marks & Spencer and all the Al Futtaim brands are perfect examples of that focus on quality, originality and passion.”
Bilal Al Zer, Al Futtaim group's - Kuwait store manager said: "Establishing a presence in the 360 MALL further strengthens our presence in Kuwait and allows us to showcase some of the brands we are so well-known for. This move sees Marks & Spencer's footprint in and commitment to the Middle East grow to encompass nine branches in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar and Muscat.
The 360 Mall anchor will be spread over 50,000 sq ft, and will feature Marks & Spencer's wide array of products including ladies wear, menswear, children wear, beauty products, lingerie, homewares and food.
Al Futtaim Group is also bringing its Intersport brand to Kuwait for the first time at 360 Mall with over 13,000 sq ft. Intersport offers a wide variety of sports equipment and gear catering to men, women and children of all ages, with world-renowned brands such as Adidas, Asics, Atomic and NIKE.
Toys 'R' US, a well known international brand with an area of 19,000 sq ft at 360 Mall, is focused on parents and children offering a world-class range of toys, games, equipment, and even baby products.
360 Mall has been created to give shoppers in Kuwait a mix of luxury brands, dining and entertainment being introduced for the first time in Kuwait. Furthermore, amongst the wide variety of sumptuous food lounges and cafes, it will also feature a state-of-the-art family entertainment centre designed for various age groups.
Geant hypermarket will be introduced in Kuwait for the first time through 360 Mall, offering a wide array of top and selected international brands. This development will also feature a concierge and a designated multi-level car parking space. – TradeArabia News Service
