Karcher, a leading innovator in cleaning technology solutions, has introduced its latest solution – the SC 1020 high-pressure steam cleaner in the GCC region.

Karcher’s new product is designed to tackle the toughest grime and grease, while killing 99.9 per cent of bacteria without the need for environmentally harmful cleaning agents, said a statement.

Utilising just tap water, the Karcher SC 1020 is equipped with the technology that allows users to clean deep-seated dirt effortlessly – without having to scrub or polish floors, walls, tiles, work surfaces, taps and showers, carpets, windows, upholstery, ovens and hobs, it added.

The unit has a tank that can hold up to one litre of water. It also comes with an innovative floor cleaning kit that includes floor and hand microfibre cloths, as well as accessories such as a hand tool, a detail nozzle and a round brush that improve its cleaning performance.

The Karcher SC 1020 is light at less than 3 kg and works by combining steam with the unit’s high 3.2 bar pressure to get under dirt and emulsify grease, allowing users to easily wipe surfaces without leaving any residue unlike some disinfectants. And because of its steam action, the Karcher SC 1020 also kills bacteria and sanitises surfaces.
