Top accolade for Crowne Plaza Bahrain

Crowne Plaza Bahrain has received a prestigious accolade for its outstanding achievements in the year 2013.

The exclusive ‘Ten Club’ represents hotels that received top scores specifically related to guest experience, service delivery and employee satisfaction.

The executive team of IHG including Jan Smits, CEO Asia, Middle East & Africa (AMEA), Pascal Gauvin, chief operating officer for India, Middle East and Africa; and Bander Harbi, VP of operations KSA and Gulf; flew down to Bahrain to congratulate Abdul Nabi Daylami, CEO, Bahrain Tourism Company and the Crowne Plaza Bahrain management team.

Crowne Plaza Bahrain was also presented the "The Most Committed Team of the Year 2013” for India, Middle East & Africa.

Crowne Plaza Bahrain is part of the elite group of hotels to receive this special recognition and award.
