Fairmont The Palm, SweetBeam to enhance guest engagement

Fairmont The Palm, a luxury property on Dubai's Palm Jumeirah island, has partnered with leading marketing specialist SweetBeam to engage with its guests more actively using tailored communication.

SweetBeam will provide the resort with its full range of bespoke guest communication services including marketing expertise, guest intelligence and data analysis, and visual display services.

The services help hoteliers increase in-house guest spending by 23 per cent on average and deliver a new, highly profitable revenue stream. With this latest partnership, the firm now offers its bespoke, individual marketing services to 11 hotels and resorts in Dubai and an additional 11 properties in top global destinations.
