A studio apartment in the new Emirates Grand Hotel property

Emirates Grand Hotel unveils hotel apartments

DUBAI, March 12, 2015

Emirates Grand Hotel, a luxury property in Dubai, UAE, has launched a new 346-key full-serviced hotel apartment that will meet the demands of guests looking for medium to long-term stays.

Emirates Grand Hotel Apartments will serve guests looking for dry hotels and family-friendly accommodation with good facilities. Guests from the Gulf countries, such as Saudi Arabia who look for accommodation catering to their beliefs, are the key market for the property, in addition to guests from Europe and South Asia.

The opening of the hotel apartment is a result of the ongoing drive towards diversification of accommodation for the increasing number of tourists to Dubai. Hotel apartments account for 28 per cent of the room stock in Dubai, which has the highest concentration of such units in the UAE.

Emirates Grand Hotel Apartments has a configuration of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with either sea view or the Burj Khalifa view. The stylishly enlarged and modern rooms feature a well-equipped kitchenette, free w-fi, flat-screen TV, tea and coffee facilities, seating area, balcony in some rooms and private bathrooms. Other facilities include an indoor swimming pool, sauna for men and women, steam room, concierge and housekeeping.

The hotel apartments will offer guests several dining options – the Rooftop restaurant on the 31st floor which is open for buffet breakfast and other restaurants located on the ground floor.

Tarek Aouini, head of hospitality and general manager, Emirates Grand Hotel Apartments, said: “The development of the new property marks another milestone in the portfolio of innovative and commercially viable projects that contribute to the steady growth of Dubai’s society.
