Bahrain luxury hotel opens new Italian outlet

ART Rotana Amwaj Islands, a luxury hotel in Bahrain, hosted an Italian-themed event to mark the opening of its latest outlet ‘Rosso’, a rustic Italian restaurant.

A new five-star family hotel from the Rotana Group, ART Rotana Amwaj Islands is a unique, art-inspired property located on the sea front of the Amwaj Islands, approximately 5 minutes’ drive from Bahrain International Airport and 10 minutes away from Bahrain’s capital, Manama.

The fun-filled occasion representative of Italy’s culture and spirit, featured entertainment for both adults and kids including live music, face-painting, surprise treats for the children and an array of culinary delights of authentic Italian cuisine, said a statement from the hotel.

The event was attended by Marco Esposto, the deputy head of mission, Italian Embassy in Bahrain and other senior officials.

Rosso is the latest addition to ART Rotana’s extensive selection of dining options. The warm, friendly environment of Rosso with its indoor and outdoor dining areas and ease of access to the adult and kids pools, make this an ideal dining location for families where children will most certainly be entertained by the dough-throwing and pizza-making tricks performed by the chefs, it stated.

With a wide selection of authentic dishes, pastas and hand-stretched pizzas baked in the traditional oven, specialty outlet chef Federica Piccioni and her team, meticulously select the freshest local ingredients, offering customers a one-of-a-kind, authentic Italian experience.
