IndiGo, India's low-cost domestic airline, recently sealed an order for 250 Airbus A320neo aircraft worth $26 billion, said a report.

IndiGo’s aircraft purchase agreement is by far the largest-ever for single aisle planes, said a report in Times of India.

Aditya Ghosh, president of IndiGo airlines, stated that the new order would enable the carrier to offer its low fares and services to more markets, further creating job opportunities and fostering growth, the report cited him as saying.
