Gulf Hotels Group seeks majority stake in BFLC

MANAMA, September 23, 2015

Gulf Hotels Group (GHG), a Bahrain-based owner and operator of hotels, has made an offer to the board of Bahrain Family Leisure Company (BFLC) to increase its shareholding in the latter to 51 per cent. GHG currently owns 25.25 per cent of shares in BFLC, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.
