New EAM for Park Regis Kris Kin Dubai

DUBAI, January 18, 2016

The Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel Dubai has appointed Michael Hiang-Tziac Chan as executive assistant manager to strengthen the hotel’s executive team.

In his new position, Chan will be responsible for ensuring the hotel's high standards and providing greater comfort and satisfaction to guests.
 
A graduate from the King’s College, University of London (UK), Chan brings a wealth of experience to the position. During his career span of 30 years with some of the leading brands in the hospitality industry, he has interacted with people of all cultures and backgrounds, and served clients across the spectrum from dignitaries and celebrities to regular travellers.
 
Commenting on the appointment, Scott Butcher, general manager of the hotel, said: “Chan understands that this profession demands nothing less than a passionately discerning eye for detail in order to achieve and maintain the highest standards in the industry. His dedication, team camaraderie, mutual respect, as well as the willingness to think out of the box will certainly inspire other members of the team to achieve the goal of service excellence.”
 
Chan’s most recent posting was as general manager for Hong Kong-based Lanson Place Hospitality Management’s two developments in Kuala Lumpur – Ambassador Row Services Suites and Lanson Place Kondominium. Earlier, he had held top positions in a number of reputed hotels and resorts including Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel Singapore, Sentosa Resort & Spa in Singapore and Sheraton Langkawi Beach Resort, Malaysia. – TradeArabia News Service
