Mena Aerospace partners with CSDS Aircraft

MANAMA, November 18, 2019

Mena Aerospace, a fully Bahrain-owned provider of comprehensive aviation and aerospace services, has announced a new regional partnership with CSDS Aircraft, an innovative aircraft trading company from the US state of California.

This strategic regional partnership is a unique opportunity for both companies to showcase their expertise and extend their reach in the region.

Active in both commercial and business aviation, CSDS Aircraft primarily focuses on buying, selling and leasing aircraft, helicopters and other materials to global clients. With this collaboration, Mena Aerospace will be able to provide financial solutions for CSDS Aircraft’s sales and leasing business in the region, using its wide network of clients and service capabilities.

This exciting announcement is supported by two transactions between Mena Aerospace and CSDS: first is a signed mandate that is ongoing for the sale of an Airbus 321, and second is the potential teardown of the Airbus, subject to the new buyer’s discretion.

Mena Aerospace’s spare trading and aircraft sales arm has shown exceptional development over the years and continues to go from strength to strength. And with these two latest transactions, its growth is expected to hit an impressive 350-400% in one year.

Dr Mohammed Juman, managing director and founder of Mena Aerospace, said: “This is a new field for us and we’re looking forward to partnering with CSDS for the regional operations. We will be working closely with them to explore and promote various business opportunities, with regards to aircraft purchase and sales.

“CSDS can benefit from our extensive capabilities, including cargo and commercial aircraft operations and Air Operator's Certificate (AOC). Additionally, our associated facilities provide the perfect platform for teardown operations in Bahrain and the region.” – TradeArabia News Service
