Provis to showcase key solutions at Dubai PropTech summit

Provis, one of the leading estate management companies in the UAE, will be showcasing its innovative property management solutions at the upcoming Annual PropTech Middle East Summit 2019.
The summit is being held at Habtoor Grand Resort Dubai Marina from November 4 to 5.
During the event, Provis will demonstrate the features of its online portal at Provis.ae, which represents the first milestone in the company’s digital transformation roadmap.
The recently-launched portal is a one-step solution that provides a seamless experience for all clients by combining all services related to Provis-managed communities including booking of services or maintenance requests, viewing of financial statements and payment history, making online payments, upload any required documents, booking of community amenities, classes or events as well as report any issues within their communities or units, said the statement from Provis.
Community members will also be able to connect with the wider community through a live chat function and view live updates and notices in their communities, it stated.
On its participation, Dana Awad, the executive director at Provis, said she will be addressing a session entitled “Utilizing Technology to Drive Property Service Charges Down” where she will present Provis’s experience in utilizing cutting-edge technological solutions to add value to investments and decrease property costs.
Awad will also present two of Provis' best practice case studies revolving around climate based irrigation and Building Management System (BMS) cloud integration.
