Ras Al Khaimah's new waterfront villas project 20pc complete

Leading property development firm RAK Properties said work was in full swing on its waterfront residential development, Marbella Villas, coming up at Hayat Island in the northern emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, with more than 20 per cent of the project already completed.
Designed by renowned architects Dar Al Omran, Marbella Villas boasts 205 villas and townhouses facing a serene ocean front which have been built upon modern Mediterranean influences and a truly Emirati ambience.
These villas on the property are expected to be an amalgamation of traditional and modern design and feature luxury rooms in a comfortable and tranquil surrounding, stated the developer.
According to RAK Properties, the project offers a wide range of options including two- and three-bedroom townhouses, four- and five-bedroom villas and a prime eight-bedroom VIP villa that willcome up on Hayat Island.
It is one of the two islands that comprise Mina Al Arab, an established waterfront community in Ras Al Khaimah with homes set amidst lush landscaping and protected wetlands and pristine beaches.
A mixed-use project, Hayat Island is spread over a sprawling 6-million-sq-ft area in the northern emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
It is a blend of leisure and entertainment fully integrating the demands of families and individuals and will feature international five-star and four-star resorts, serviced apartments, a shopping mall, beautiful beach and waterfront apartments, villas and townhouses with a private beach clubhouse, and along the beach there will be al fresco dining and entertainment venues.-TradeArabia News Service
