Intech has been awarded a contract to conduct a comprehensive Operational Technology (OT) network assessment for a leading liquid terminal operator in the Middle East, strengthening cybersecurity across industrial systems.
The project will evaluate and enhance the client’s OT
cybersecurity posture, with Intech tasked to define a structured roadmap toward
secure, resilient and compliant operations aligned with international standards
and best practices.
The assessment will include a baseline review of OT assets
and network architecture, alongside a detailed gap analysis and compliance
evaluation against frameworks such as ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82.
Intech will also conduct security and firewall assessments,
and develop a complete OT asset inventory.
In addition, the company will design a future-state OT
network architecture and deliver a phased migration roadmap, including risk
mitigation strategies and rollback planning.
Intech said it has extensive experience supporting OT
cybersecurity programmes across the Middle East’s energy and industrial
sectors, helping organisations improve risk management, strengthen security
controls and meet regulatory requirements.
The company’s multi-vendor expertise and experience in
complex industrial environments positioned it as the preferred partner for the
project.
The initiative is expected to support the client in
achieving higher OT cybersecurity maturity, with clear short- and long-term
implementation milestones. -OGN/TradeArabia News Service
